J.M.A aims to provide a comprehensive recruitment and human resources service to companies who:

  • Have limited expertise in the recruitment selection process.
  • Do not have the time to wade through the myriad of responses elicited by an advertised position.
  • Have managers who are highly qualified in the various disciplines but who are apprehensive in dealing with Human Resource issues.
