JOB DESCRIPTION/PERSON SPECIFICATION: We prepare detailed descriptions and specifications with the Client’s assistance,against which we assess the suitability of applications received.

EXECUTIVE SEARCH/ADVERTISING: We use whichever method is approiate to ensure the correct candidate is identified.

SCREENING: We screen ,interview and, where necessary, organise aptitude testing and psychological profiling of applicants.

SHORTLIST: We present a shortlist of candidates to the Client and continue to work closely with the company,assisting in selection if requirded.

REMUNERATION: We can advise the Client in the negotiation of the total remuneration package and assist in the preparation of employment contracts.

REPLIES: We reply to unsuccessful candidates.
